We check availability and contact you to close the rental.

The driver waits at the airport with the car. If the flight is late, we adjust the time.

Return it before your flight home
We agree the return time at El Tepual. Each rental day is 24 hours, with up to 1 hour of grace subject to authorization. If you need longer, tell us beforehand.

- Our driver meets you directly at El Tepual Airport.

- We hand over and collect cars 24 hours a day.
- Airport delivery charge
- The airport service costs CLP 15,000 and is charged once, even if you both collect and return the car there. That price applies between 09:00 and 20:00; outside those hours it is agreed based on your arrival or return time.
After landing: where to go next
El Tepual is about 20 km from Puerto Montt, according to the DGAC, Chile's civil aviation authority. With the car in hand you do not depend on transfers or bus timetables to reach your accommodation.
Every car includes unlimited mileage and 24-hour tow service, Monday to Sunday, in continental Chile and Isla Grande de Chiloé.

What you need to collect the car
- Minimum rental age is 23 years.
- Validly issued Identity Card or Passport, current at the time of vehicle rental.
- Valid Driver's License at the end of the rental period and valid for driving the vehicle.
- Credit card as guarantee.
You can pay by bank transfer or with credit and debit cards through Transbank when you receive the vehicle.

Does Loki Rent a Car have a counter inside the airport?
No. Loki Rent a Car serves El Tepual through vehicle delivery and return arranged with you in advance, at an agreed place and time.
How do I tell Loki my arrival time?
Write your flight number and arrival time in the message field of the reservation form, or send them on WhatsApp. The team will contact you to confirm the delivery.
Can I return the car at the airport at the end of my trip?
Yes. The return at El Tepual is arranged the same way as the delivery: around your flight time and at a point agreed with the team.
Can I collect at the airport and return in Puerto Montt or Puerto Varas?
You can request it in the form. If you return the car in a different city from where the rental started, an additional charge based on distance applies; the team confirms feasibility and the charge before closing the reservation.
What documents do I need to rent?
You must be at least 23 years old and bring a valid identity card or passport, a valid driver's license, and a credit card as a guarantee.
Do the vehicles include unlimited mileage?
Yes. Loki states that all its vehicles include unlimited mileage; also review the current conditions before booking.
Does submitting the form confirm the rental?
Not automatically. Loki reviews your request and contacts you to confirm availability, the vehicle, and the delivery point.
